B. Venue:

Hualien County Stadium (No. 23, Daguhuwan Avenue, Hualien City, Hualien County 970062, Taiwan)

C. Participants:

ICG Members, City Delegations (City Representatives, City Representatives Guests, Team Managers, Coaches and Athletes), Referees and Members of the Organizing Committee.

D. Attire:

Each delegation may determine its own attire. Teams are encouraged to wear coordinated outfits that reflect the characteristics of their city or delegation.

E. Assembly Time, Venue and Parade Arrangement:

All City Delegations shall be seated in their designated seating areas by 16:00. Please refer to the Closing Ceremony Seating Plan for details.

F. Award Ceremony:

1.Fair Play Award: Individual and team award recipients shall ensure that a representative is present at the designated assembly point on time. Event staff will guide award recipients to the stage for the presentation ceremony.

2.Certificates of Appreciation.

G. Other Notices:

1.Except for the performance presented by the next host city, no other cities may arrange performances or promotional activities during the Closing Ceremony.

2.Please do not walk around or leave the venue while the opening ceremony is in progress.
